autumn.

First day of March, first day of autumn.

  Despite it being early autumn, the weather is deemed as otherwise. It's still like 35 degrees Celsius out, which doesn't help my desire to jump into sweater weather. I guess there's that cosy, warm feeling about being wrapped up when it's chilly outside. Is it just me?

  To kick off the day, I sunk into drama class. We had some hearty, hilarious performances and ours did turn out pretty well. Improvisation works best at times. Looking forward to our next lesson, as well as more role-playing. It's a nice little escape from the real world. Being someone else and taking a break from myself.

  Ending the final school day of the week has never felt so good. A long weekend is ahead of me! Mum whipped up a new dish that I have now classified as a favourite food. Digest this; pasta with flaky, smoked salmon, diced onions and sundried tomatoes. There's lemon juice and Peri Peri Salt from Nandos that tops it all off. I need to learn how to cook this.
