Spring.

'I had watched you taking in the spring through dusty, sun-kissed bodies wondering.' - Two Door Cinema Club

It's day one of spring! (Well, here in Australia haha.)

There's something about the season that instantly gets me thrilled. As cliché as it sounds, I'm looking forward to flowers in full bloom, floaty dresses, perfect weather, colourful fruit salad, cute outings with friends and pastel hues. Not to mention, it'll be my birthday in late October. Apart from all these wonderful little things spring may bring, there's generally a more delightful atmosphere at this time of year. Things are looking up, I just know it.

What are you excited about in the newcoming season? x

  3. That photo is so gorgeous! We don't actually have 4 seasons here in the Philippines and that makes me sad. I just hope to experience spring too as well as the other seasons ^^

    1. Ah you needn't worry, in Australia it's mainly just really hot weather. Hopefully you'll experience it one day!

  8. Oh lucky you, I love spring...probably for the same reasons you do. Though I am pretty excited for fall. I like the change in colours of the leaves. The cold(er) but bright and sunny days. And the ever so often days of contant rain... it seems a bit depressing, but I love being indoors indulging myself with cups of coffee and autumn fruits, hehe!

    1. Depressing? That's far from it! I'd like to think it's therapeutic. Unfortunately we didn't have such a vivid fall here months ago, but I'm glad you'll get around to your autumn wonderland soon :)

  9. First off, I love that photo--it's absolutely lovely! And secondly, the way you sound about spring seems like the way I feel about fall right now: we're looking forward to all the opposite things, but feeling the same sense of excitement and anticipation for all the goodness both seasons bring. :) I hope you enjoy your spring! <3

  11. This picture is perfect! Oh, spring is amazing, it makes everything brighter and happier :) In India it's always hot and humid, so it doesnt really make that much of a difference. In Italy summer is coming to an end, Autumn will be there soon, I still love it tho. Thinking about it, I just love every season so much, each with its features and manifestations.
    Enjoy the spring <3 x

  12. I'm with you - spring is so exciting! I've always been an autumn/winter person but only recently I've started to appreciate the warm weather and the fresh smell of spring. <3

and also stop being so perfect. You're making the world mad. <3
