Greetings everyone, just taking this opportunity to inform you guys of a fundraising project I shall be a part of in the next few months! Seeing as I will most probably post the outcome of the event over the long weekend, I figured I should make a post prior to that for extra notice. On 31st May, I’ll be sleeping outdoors in a tent overnight with my gathered team of friends. By participating we're aiming to aid Mission Australia in their fundraising program, which addresses the underlying our nation's homelessness. Our cause is to support homeless Australians in need, as they regain their independence and help them to get back on their feet. Additionally, some of us will be giving up our beds for the next month or two in relation to the cause. I'm hoping that being placed out of my comfort zone will allow me to appreciate the common luxuries that others are deprived of.
