Feelings are extremely inconvenient. There's no denying that, for sure.
They're right when they say that anything can happen. You could be thrown off balance by the impending news; your entire positive mindset could shut down within a matter of a few seconds. You shouldn't be feeling that way, it really shouldn't mean that much. But it does and you have no idea how to cope with it. I've been so dizzy and distraught for the past few days that I'm barely stable to manage on my own.
So instead, I'm going to write everything down. I've just gone back to blogging about my feelings, surprise surprise. Instead of trying to cheer myself up I think I'm just going to sulk in my own misery right now. Talk about a plot twist.
It's somewhat comforting to know that I'm not the only one in this world, in this situation. I'd love to know though, how do you cope with bad days like these?

ReplyDeleteYou've probably gotten over it since it's been 2 days since you've posted this post but for me, when I'm down, I get under my duvet and close my eyes blanking out every thought that's on my mind.
I wish I had the ability to do that. I would do anything for a sure-fire way to stop thinking.
