Eat that up, it's good for you.


  Ever since I've returned to Australia, I've been committed to stick to my plans of healthier eating and living. (Yep, coming from one hell of an unfit blogger.) Now, it's not for the reason of watching my figure but simply because I'm concerned for my general health. I think we humans - in this day and age where all kinds of tempting food are available - are often careless of what we put into our bodies. I'll be substituting commonly mistaken nutrition foods for actual, natural goodness. It looks like I'll also be helping myself to an extra serving of fruit and greens, choosing fresh fruit for dessert, making smoothies and cutting down on unhealthy snacks. Attention to the little details in our diet/lifestyle can be drastic in the long run, so I'm determined to be more wary of my everyday habits.

  Another goal is to get outside more often. The more I move, the better. Think afternoon/evening jogs, more participation in PE class and other ways of working towards (some sort of) improvement in my fitness. Regardless of whether I succeed, I hope that this could serve as a reminder to take care of your body, before it's far too late. Change is possible, but only if you make it possible.     I'm eating healthy too... sort of !
    I start out so well but at the weekend I generally tend to start eating junk food! Definitely need to discipline myself haha x

  7. Good luck! You seem to have good self-discipline--an area I could use some help on :). I actually think healthier food generally tastes better, it just tends to be a lot more inaccessible and expensive, at least here in America. This is why America is obese lol
